We are delighted to invite you to celebrate another successful year at the Segen Showcase 2025!
Due to the exclusivity of the event, spaces are limited, so places will be allocated on a first come, first served basis.
It is also important to note that places are limited to 2 registrations per organisation.
Please read carefully through the following information regarding our event registration:

All guests from the same organisation will need to register for the event individually.

To confirm your booking please make a payment of £60 (including vat) per person.

This includes 1 night accommodation and all catering and entertainment for the duration of the event. There is an opportunity to book the night prior on the booking form - this is chargeable to yourself.

Receipts will be issued once payment is confirmed and this will confirm your attendance.

Booking is only confirmed & places reserved once payment is received.

This charge is non refundable if cancelled.

If you would prefer to pay via BACS, please contact segen@inanyevent-uk.com and an invoice can be issued.

Event Additional Details:

All accommodation is in executive lodges with ensuite facilities to each room.

The lodges are a mix of 2 & 3 bedroom units with shared kitchen facilities.

If you book to stay the previous night we will ensure you are in the same lodge for the duration of your stay.

You are required to check out of the lodges on the Wednesday at 10am, however you can use the park and facilities until midnight if you would like. We are also offering a complimentary activity for you to select on the wednesday morning - more details are on the registration form.
