We are delighted to invite you to our Segen 20th Birthday Showcase!  

Our showcase's are becoming quite the calendar event of the year and this year is even better than ever.  We would love for you to help us celebrate our business milestone, for not one day but for a full three day event at an exclusive location! 

 

Due to the exclusivity of the event, spaces are limited, so places will be allocated on a first come, first served basis.  

It is also important to note that places are limited to 2 registrations per organisation. 

 

Please read carefully through the following information regarding our event registration:

  • All guests from the same organisation will need to register for the event individually

  • To confirm your booking please make a payment of £96 (including vat) per person.  This includes 2 nights accommodation and all catering and entertainment for the duration of the event.

  • Receipts will be issued once payment is confirmed and this will confirm your attendance. 

  • Booking is only confirmed & places reserved once payment is received. 

  • This charge is non refundable if cancelled. 

  • If you would prefer to pay via BACS, please contact victoria@inanyevent-uk.com and an invoice can be issued.

 

Event Timings: 

Due to the very extensive logistics of this years showcase, we will be issuing joining instructions 3 weeks prior to the event.  This will detail arrival times, we are unable to offer any flexibility on the day of arrival or time of arrival (all will become clear on the first day of the event!), so please pay close attention to your allocated arrival time. 

Please note it is paramount that joining instructions and timings are adhered to.  You will be requested to arrive at our secure carpark between 1pm - 4pm on Monday 13th May, and will be allocated a slot within this time frame.  Please ensure when you register that you are able to attend the full event and arrive at the destination at your allocated time on Monday 13th May.  You will be arriving back at the secure car park at 11am on Wednesday 15th May.

Please also note that by confirming your attendance you will be required to attend for the full duration of the event Monday 13th May to Wednesday 15th May.

Terms & conditions are as follows:

1. Any cancellations must be notified in writing to victoria@inanyevent-uk.com

2. If you want to change the name of the booking to an alternative colleague this must be submitted in writing to victoria@inanyevent-uk.com and it is at Segen’s discretion as to whether this amendment can be made.

3. All cancelled bookings or any no shows at the event will still be liable for the £96.00 inc VAT per person fee.

4. By agreeing to these terms you accept your details will be used for all communication updates on the event and post event follow up.

5. By booking you agree to be available onsite from 1pm - 4pm on the 13th May 2024. The exact location & time slot will be confirmed 3 weeks out.
