ACCOMMODATION
Glamping Units:
If you are in glamping units you have access to the hub tent, here you will have a water station to fill your reusable bottles. If you have forgotten a bottle, please let us know and we can drop one over to you.
Please feel free to help yourself to soft drinks, crisps, Savory snacks, cereal bars, chocolate, and fruit. If you need anything specifically, please let us know and we will see what we can do.
There is a welcome pack in each unit, in here you will find essentials in case you have forgotten them. We also have supplied you with a lock, please use this at your discretion, it is your responsibility not to lose the key, however we do have cutters if required!
Please ensure you also have a pair of Showcase flip flops; these can be found with the event team if you have not collected them on arrival!
The showers and toilets will be regularly checked, if there is anything that needs urgent attendance, please call 07779989934 and the events team will support. We have a hub tent for all glamping guests to use, here you can utilise hair dryers, hair straighteners and full-length mirrors. There is also deodorants, hair wax, hairspray, and other essentials you may need.
Please note that the island rule is after 10pm there must be no amplified music outside of the event spaces. Please respect this during your stay.
Individual Properties:
All bedrooms in the houses have been allocated with a door hanger with your name on it and a do not disturb on the other side!
If you are staying in a house we have supplied coffee, tea, sugar & milk along with biscuits. There is a welcome pack in each bedroom, in here you will find essentials in case you have forgotten them.

Please ensure that the key to your property is left in the lockbox adjacent to the front door on
your departure. Missing keys are charged at £12 per replacement key.
Smoking Policy: Strictly no smoking inside properties or event spaces please. A fee will be charged for additional cleaning if it is evident that smoking has taken place.
First Aid Kits: A basic kit can be found under the kitchen sink of every property. There is also a kit in the white office shed as you enter the village. We have a 24hour medic on standby if you feel unwell please contact the event staff and we will arrange for the medic to attend. If you need plasters of basic first aid, we also have these available at the event registration desk at the Bomb Shelter.
